TSUKAMOTO FOODS has been operating since our establishment in 1960 in the Tsukishima area of Chuo-ku, Tokyo. We primarily deal in products that are indispensable to sushi restaurants and Japanese restaurants, such as our additive-free homemade gari and wasabi, which are served to customers who come to dine at these establishments. In addition to delivering products that are both safe and secure, our artisans pay special attention to the ingredients and production methods they use while putting their hearts and souls into their daily work. Despite the changes to food culture, Japanese food remains as beloved as ever.
